\nThis spring we ordered some customized items of \u2018The New Vintage\u2019 Collection. First of all I would like to emphasize the customer-oriented approach of the Export Manager Denis, who from the very beginning came to visit us in our city\u00a0 organizing a very useful training \u2013 meeting. He even left us the samples as gift! (Several companies do not do that, not even paying!). Despite being a special production, required for our project, we received a photo from Beby Italy in just thirty minutes! Another thing I would like to highlight is the packaging of the products: it’s something incredible! We had never seen such packaging! It perfectly protects the product from any risk of damage during transport. (In comparison, the one of another supplier was so poor and simple that during the installation we discovered that some parts got damaged \u00a0and this made the customer very unsatisfied.) And finally, unlike the competitors, the Beby Italy chandeliers have small special spotlights to illuminate the crystals further creating a magnificent effect that has greatly impressed the customer making him enthusiast! Moreover, \u00a0the elegant Beby Italy logo featuring \u00a0their products, make them \u00a0enviable.<\/p>\n

\nQuesta primavera abbiamo ordinato articoli customizzati della collezione Nuovo vintage. Prima di tutto vorrei sottolineare l’approccio orientato al cliente dell\u2019export manager dell\u2019azienda. Fin da subito Denis \u00e8 venuto a trovarci nella nostra citt\u00e0, ha organizzato un incontro molto formativo e ci sono stati regalati persino i campioni per il nostro progetto. (A differenza di altre aziende che non ci hanno dato la possibilit\u00e0 di ricevere i campioni da mesi, nemmeno pagandoli!). Nonostante sia una produzione speciale, richiesta per il nostro progetto, abbiamo ricevuto una foto da Beby Italy in soli trenta minuti! Un\u2019altra cosa che vorrei evidenziare \u00e8 l’imballo dei prodotti: \u00e8 qualcosa di incredibile! Un intero scatolone composto da una marea di piccoli pezzi di polistirolo, da cui la cliente pescava con gioia le sue applique. Un imballo cosi, non l\u2019avevamo mai visto! Protegge alla perfezione un eventuale rischio di danneggiamento durante il trasporto. E infine, a differenza dei concorrenti, i lampadari Beby Italy hanno piccoli faretti speciali per illuminare i cristalli ulteriormente creando un effetto magnifico che ha molto colpito la cliente, era molto soddisfatta! E poi il logo elegante di Beby Italy caratterizza i loro prodotti e li rende invidiabili.<\/p>\n
